About the Course
The course is made up of 1km of a twisting... rolling... jumping series of berms and bumps down a slightly descending Dual Slalom track that launches from a purpose built 'Starting Ramp'... Despite being a massive amount of fun in less than 3mins... this event is sure to test competitors bike control, speed and confidence whilst screaming down the track next to another time trialling competitor... and to give everyone more than just a 90 second adrenalin run... competitors have 3 attempts to come up with their very best time...

About the Schedule
To keep within our limited timeline... the schedule is very strict... so all competitors will be required to be at the start line by their allotted time... or risk losing one of their three timed runs...
This time trial event is limited to 30 entries... and those lucky 30 riders will need to make sure they are at the Start Line for each of their three start times... or risk losing one or all of their runs... starters will need to ride up the 1km fire trail alongside the Dual Slalom course to the Start Ramp...

Once they enter 'Start Compound'... they will be directed to the Start Line at the alloted start time and then 'Started'... once they have finished... a race elapsed time will be announced... the rider will return to the Start Compound 1km up the fire trail... the rider has 15 minutes to get back to the start line... there will 60secs between each pairs run...

Competition Categories for Men and Women include:

The MTB Sprint (1km Time Trial) Challenge is a off-road mountain bike test of speed and skill for riders of all ages and skill levels. The aim is to ride the fastest along the 1km Dual Slalom Course (a descent of purpose built 'twin' single tracks with berms and jumps) against the clock.

Each rider has three attempts to complete the 1km course in the fastest time. 30 riders will be drawn against same age riders on our purpose built dual slalom course.

Have fun, challenge yourself and your bike skills to go as fast as possible, or just have a great time practicing your riding skills. Starting on the starting ramp of the 1km Dual Slalom Course and finishing on the 18th fairway right in front of the Dunsborough & Districts Country Club Clubrooms... this event is limited to 30 entries.
